Breads of France
This class will explore a selection of completely different types and shapes of French breads from baguettes to boules and more! You will also learn how to use a "preferment" to create more complex flavors and textures. This is a “participation type” course; each student will take home a loaf of bread or batch of rolls fresh-from-the-oven. 4 sessions:
