Breads of the UK
This class will explore some of the famous breads from the British Isles. Examples include Cornish saffron bread, Welsh cheese and onion bread, Scottish morning rolls, and English chelsea buns.
This is a “participation type” course; each student will take home a loaf of bread or batch of rolls fresh-from-the-oven. Session count varies by term.
