Breads of Spain & Portugal
This class will explore some of the famous breads from Spain and Portugal. Examples include authentic Paposecos (Portuguese rolls), Sweetbreads, Mallorcan Ensaïmadas, and Catalan Pan con Tomate.
This will be a “participation type” hands-on course, and each student will take home a loaf of bread or batch of goodies fresh-from-the-oven. Session count varies by term.
