Breads of Italy
This class will explore several completely different types of Italian breads like chewy rustic loaves, savory flatbread with fresh herbs, and an enriched holiday bread you are sure to enjoy. The instructor will share proven recipes and techniques from his own book "Bread Class Recipes" which will be available for students to purchase.
This will be a “participation type” hands-on course, and each student will take home a loaf of bread fresh-from-the-oven. Session count varies by term.
