Comfort Food Extravaganza
Want to learn how to make the best meatloaf you've ever had? Want to learn how to make perfect real mashed potatoes? Then this class is right up your alley! We'll focus on feel-good foods that will make you happy. We'll have some great veggies to go with this, so you can also feel good about what you had for dinner, plus an exceptional dessert: bananas foster a la mode!

America's Test Kitchen mac & cheese
super easy biscuits made from scratch
garlic green beans & tarragon roasted carrots
bananas foster over ice cream dessert

This class will feature both presentations as well as hands-on cooking in the well-equpped culinary classroom at Conard High School in West Hartford, convenient to I-84 exit 41. Class size will be limited, so be sure to sign up early. 1 session
