Let's Get Sconed
This class will teach you how to make scones. The recipes will include a variety from traditional oat & currant to cranberry-orange, lemon-cream-blueberry, and cinnamon chip. Each "team" will make a different kind, and then we'll share so everyone will go home with a sampling of several types. This class is usually combined with Bake-by-Weight so you can also learn how to bake using a digital scale instead of measuring cups. It's really easy, and there's a lot less equipment to clean when you're done! 1 session
