Intermediate Bread Making
This course is for students who have made yeast-risen breads before: it's not difficult, we'll just be skipping over the basics. We will "kick things up a notch" with interesting recipes including braids, healthy multi-grain breads, and using a few advanced ingredients. this is a "participation type" course; This is a “participation type” course; each student will take home a loaf of bread or batch of rolls fresh-from-the-oven. Session count varies by term.
