Breads of Europe
This course will take you on bread tour of Europe visiting a different country each week. The instructor will help beginners overcome yeast anxiety and expose seasoned bakers to some new recipes and techniques.
Typical destinations often include Portugal, Germany, Poland, Russia, and Spain as we explore a wide range of flavors, shapes, and textures. We usually do NOT visit France or Italy since those countries have their own courses.
More Breads of Europe
When run again in the same town or as a continuation we visit new destinations and make completely different breads (we do not repeat recipes) so students can enjoy this course several times.
This is a “participation type” course; each student will take home a loaf of bread or batch of goodies fresh-from-the-oven. We guarantee you'll have fun on this trip, and you won't even need a passport! Session count varies by term.
