To keep students safe we will follow the same protocol as UConn and the entire state university and college system for ALL public post-secondary education in Connecticut.

Full vaccination is required for all students taking in-person baking & cooking classes.

Students with a medical exemption will need to provide a letter from a doctor, PA, or APRN AND a negative COVID test administered within 3 days (72 hours) of a class.

In addition, face masks are required in all schools in Connecticut. I only accept N95 or medical/surgical masks. NO GAITORS.

UPDATE DECEMBER 2021: A booster is also required for elligible students.

UPDATE JANUARY 2022: I will not run any in-person classes during a covid surge or when the weekly average positivity is more than 3%.

Any town which refuses to allow me to follow this protocol will have to find someone else to teach in their program. At this time, West Hartford Leisure Services and Manchester Adult Education have agreed to allow me to follow this protocol for all my classes taught in their programs.
