COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOL

Full vaccination + booster is required for students taking in-person baking & cooking classes.

Students with a medical exemption will need to provide a letter from a doctor, PA, or APRN AND a negative COVID test administered within 3 days (72 hours) of a class.

I will re-evaluate running in-person classes during a covid surge or when the weekly average positivity is more than 5%. Check back for updated info.

Any town which refuses to allow me to follow this protocol will have to find someone else to teach in their program. At this time, West Hartford Leisure Services and Manchester Adult Education have agreed to allow me to follow this protocol for all my classes taught in their programs.
