Today I toasted a piece with Strawberry jam — it was delicious! Thx for another great class.

I have a few changes planned for next week:
1. We will tag all breads with a piece of parchment to ID who they belong to.
2. You will have the OPTION to portion and make rolls which will bake in half the time as a loaf. They'll taste the same but bake much faster. Please bring your pan if you prefer to go home with a loaf.
3. I'll kit or pre-measure more ingredients and have 4 containers of everything else (like I do for salt, oil, etc.) to minimize cues.

The Dakota Bread Was spectacular. I know it took lots of time preparing for the class, well worth it - thank you. Another great class.
