I was enjoying a bialy as I walked out of the HS after class. I gave one to the gal in the office on my way out! She was quite happy! Excellent and I may try to make buns using the recipe! Very tasty! Thanks,

The "gal in the office" got really lucky, as we too gave her a warm roll on the way out,  These are really good split, toasted and buttered for breakfast.
Mitch and Dody

Hi Don, I think the rosemary olive oil bread is my new favorite!!

Don is a very knowledgeable instructor who is patient and well versed in baking. His hands on approach to learning allows his students to learn the art of making bread first hand. With fool proof recipes which work every time, any of his classes are well worth it! It was a pleasure and I look forward to taking many more with him in the future.
