Great class last night! It was fun to learn a new way to shape bread. I’ve attached a couple photos.

Mary Ann and I had a great time. We got a real rise out of it. We are looking forward to the scone class.

Don is a very knowledgeable instructor who is patient and well versed in baking. His hands on approach to learning allows his students to learn the art of making bread first hand. With fool proof recipes which work every time, any of his classes are well worth it! It was a pleasure and I look forward to taking many more with him in the future.
