BREAD CLASSES
"I am going to learn to make bread tomorrow. So you may imagine me with my sleeves rolled up, mixing flour, milk, saleratus, etc., with a deal of grace. I advise you if you don't know how to make the staff of life to learn with dispatch."
- Emily Dickinson
Assorted Bagels
This course will include a variety of great bagels like plain, onion, cinnamon-raisin, rye, asiago, etc. This is a good baking class for both beginners and seasoned bakers. Each team will make a different recipe and then we'll share the bounty with each other. If you took this class before come and make a completely different recipe this time.
This is a “participation type” class; each student will take home an assortment of bagels fresh-from-the-oven. 1 session:
• Monday evening - Nov 15 - 6:30 to 9 PM
