• I loved the bialys. As a matter of fact, I was enjoying one on my way out of the school. Since the place is so big, I needed sustenance! There was a maintenance person who walked Mary and me to the door and he had one too! I will definitely be making these again! Thanks for another great class and I’ll see you next week.
