Week 4 Notes - Beef - It’s What’s for Dinner

• W4D4: Chili with Cornbread

Week 5 - Level 3 Yeasted Breads Using Stand Mixers & Bakers' Percentages

• W5D2: Bavarian Soft Pretzels and Shaping Diagram
• W5D3: Oatmeal Bread (as dinner rolls)
• W5D4: Simple Sweet Dough & Cinnamon Rolls

Week 6 Notes - Chicken - Don’t Chicken Out
• W6D1: Whole Roasted Chicken with Fresh Broccoli and Rice Pilaf
• W6D2: Chicken Picatta with Snap Peas and Glazed Carrots, Chicken Stock, Vegetable Stock
