Fun with Sweet Dough
This bread class will feature a universal sweet dough recipe which we can use to create beautiful filled braids, nutty sticky buns, cinnamon pinwheel rolls, and other delights. This class is a perfect way to expand your baking horizons whether you are a beginner or experienced with yeast breads. This is a “participation type” course; each student will leave with a loaf of bread or batch of buns fresh-from-the-oven. 1 session.
