Breads of the Baltic
This course will take you on a whirlwind tour of the Baltic coast for less dough than your travel agent! Each week we will visit a new country as we explore some favorite breads from Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Russia, or Sweden.
Using proven recipes and techniques, the instructor will help beginners overcome yeast anxiety and expose seasoned bakers to some new recipes. This is a “participation type” course; each student will take home a loaf of bread or batch of goodies fresh-from-the-oven. We guarantee you'll have fun on the trip, and you don't even need a passport! 4 sessions
