Bacon, Egg & Cheese Breakfast Wrap

Ingredients:
• 1 medium (8-inch) soft tortilla
• 1 large egg
• 2 ~ 3 slices of American cheese
bacon bits (real cooked bacon pieces)

Steps:

• lay cheese on top of tortilla



• or like this with 3 slices


• place tortilla in warm toaster oven to melt cheese (optional)

• beat egg well

• spray 8-inch non-stick skillet with release (PAM)

• heat skillet over medium-high flame

• pour egg into skillet; swirl to distribute evenly

• just before egg sets, sprinkle with bacon bits


• finish cooking egg; flip to cook other side if desired

• slide egg onto tortilla/cheese as shown (near bottom)

• roll up to make a wrap sandwich

• plate & serve

Tip: try pepper-jack cheese for extra flavor
